The staff and manager were very pleasant. What impressed me was the extra mile they went to explain the process of the cleaning in detail. Felt very good to know the process . There was an unexpected in the cleaning though this was not do to negligence but equipment failure. Even after this I was called to be informed what happened and again very happy for the honestly. Great experience with dry cleaning a king size down comforter. Done quickly and well. Received back in a nice zippered storage bag to keep it in. And, I got 20% off. Happy customer!
