Manager Katie in the Rocky Hill Best Cleaners is always very friendly and pleasant. I stopped by on August 26th to pick up my dry cleaning and when I walked into the shop(wearing my mask, obviously), she must have seen me drive up and had my dry cleaning already hanging near the register! I had a men’s shirt pressed for my son’s photo session tomorrow. The manager at Plainville (ANA) was fabulous. She explained your process of sending the shorts out due to Covid - even for pressing- and was both professional and friendly. Beautiful personality!! Unfortunately, the press itself left two long wrinkles down the left front side- not realized until I brought garment home. I called and Ana apologized readily and fixed the shirt personality.
