staff friendly and attentive
Excellent Customer service
What a well run business! I found the service to be professional and friendly and the store to be organized and VERY clean (which is not always the case with other dry cleaners in the area). This is important to me, especially during a pandemic. Another thing I really like is that they send you a text when your clothes are ready and that they periodically send out discount coupons. There is a Best Cleaner closer to my home, but they had always declined pick up and delivery. When I tried online, the Middletown store picked us up. It is a wonderful Tuesday Friday schedule. Then covid hit and my husband does not wear suits or button down shirts to work any more. So we are using dry cleaning much less frequently. Despite this, when we have needed it there has never been a glitch. And, the quality of cleaning is excellent. No broken buttons! No creases from being put into the bags incorrectly!! 😊
