Great people who take great care in their work. More often than not, I get an email letting me know my cloths are ready way earlier. The email notification are a great feature! A special thanks to Dawn who is awesome at the Berlin CT place and is very caring about her customers. I live in Southington and can go to many other places, but I have been going to Berlin for over 20 years because they have always been great
