At the North Haven location the tailor is great, however the front counter and the manager need to elevate their customer service attitude a bit. Could be more friendly and more consistent.

Great experience. Pants and shirt cleaned & presses perfectly..
Best Cleaners always does a good and timely job. While a larger cleaners from the perspective of the amount of locations, it’s still a small family owned feel and service.
Took a few minutes to figure out where the throw blanket was but it was found.
