Great experience
Service was great. Customer service not so great. The girl at the drive thru window should be more friendly and not seem like she was in a rush.
Same Day Cleaning Services??? Just went there at 10:06am looking to have suit and shirt cleaned for tomorrow and was told anytime after 4pm tomorrow?? Cutoff time is 10am sharp for day and a half service. Won't be using them again

The last four or five times that I picked up my cleaning my shirts where terribly wrinkled and did b not have heavy starch. I feel that I was a really decent customer never complaining but, my recent visits with you have been terrible. Roger Scibelli

I came in to get my dress pressed and the hem fixed. I was given an attitude when I asked when it would be ready, and then when I came to pick it up, it was taken up and hemmed. I then asked them to take it down and press it like I originally wanted and I was told I never said that to begin with. Additionally, when I first came to drop off another dress, I was given a awful attitude by the woman working at the front and she asked me what was on the dress with an insane attitude on 5/7/2024. I will never be coming here again.

I dropped off a Christmas table runner on November 28 and just got an Email on December 7th that it was ready. When it was dropped off no one could tell me how much it would cost. You charged me $26. That’s outrageous. Unfortunately I will not be using Best Cleaners anymore and will share my experience with as many sites and people as possible. I live in Simsbury and work in town. Poor customer service.

I gave you feedback about the Canton store and nobody ever contacted me. It’s pretty sad because I have been a customer since the 90’s. The service has gone way downhill. Simple requests are ignored. Not all of the people there are friendly, although the manager is great as are some of the workers. The labor market is tough! We all know that but not creasing pants is not a huge request! I’m sorry. I have been a longtime customer but I am going to need to stop coming to Best Cleaners. I have used your cleaners for many years. I originally started using Best Cleaners almost 10 years ago when I commuted weekly to Boston. The drop off window and drive-thru felt like a luxury. When I returned to New Haven full time during the pandemic I continued to use Best Cleaners in North Haven.
