I noticed when I picked up my shirts, often times a button would be missing. I'm not implying that they came off in the cleaning process, but the buttons weren't getting replaced. So one day I asked whether shirts were examined for missing buttons and whether they get replaced. The reply was a short: "If you ask us to." Had one item dry cleaned and it was ready same day without asking. Also took advantage of a 25% off offer via email.
I brought in shit with a heavy duty hanger and the hanger was thrown out at some point during the process. I bring my clothes to best cleaners with the understanding that my property will not be damaged or in this case thrown out

Dry cleaning was as expected. However the bill for 7 shirts and 4 pants were triple the cost for similar dry cleaning services I’ve had. I asked the employee if she rang up the wrong order......after rechecking the price to my astonishment she verified it was the correct price! I’ll go back to my regular dry cleaner!

Yes, we have stopped using your services after 5 + years. Your prices are too high and not competitive. When you charged $50 to dry clean a dress and press a "jumpsuit" it was just too much. Your tailor is excellent. A $15 coupon isn't going to do it.

Very expensive, dropped off tablecloth and 12 napkins to wash and starch. Was $56 dollars after a 30% coupon. Someone should have called me before service was performed. I ask cost when I dropped off and person was unable to give me price. They text all the time when its ready but could not text before to quote me a price.

My shirts were terribly ironed, each with numerous wrinkles all over the shirt, especially on the front. I used my pror cleaners for over 20 years and never had such a poor job done.
