Everyone was very Polite and seem to know their jobs my experience was excellent and the dry cleaners thank you thank you
They were very nice, and my blanket which hadn’t been washed in 16 years, looked brand new! Got the stains out too!
Counter service was great at drop off and pick up. But comforter was still stained when I got home and opened it. Was a little disappointed for a 4oish bill.
Simple--everything is done efficiently on the way in and then on the way out. I have used other branches and the service sometimes is lacking.
Crew were great
While a little pricey , the quality is great most of the time. I like front creases in my pants abs I get them that way about 85% of the time !!!!!! We will get there !!!? Staff is very nice !!

On Tuesday August 16th, 2022, I went to your location at 69 East St Plainville, CT 06062. I brought my leather jacket to have a zipper fixed. I was told it would be slightly over $100 due to whole zipper itself having to be replaced. If it was just fixing the "head" itself, then it would only have been $30ish (I don't recall the exact amounts). So, I went a couple blocks away to Sherwood Cleaners at 144 New Britain Ave, and the gentleman fixed my zipper in less than 5 minutes, at no charge at all. NO. CHARGE. AT. ALL. I ... read more
