I was so impressed with Ana at the Plainville store. She is so knowledgeable about fabrics and the way they may respond to the solvent. She took the time to patiently demonstrate why I should not risk ruining my black and white dress. She also did a beautiful job washing and steaming drapes that she immediately knew could not be dry cleaned due to the lining. She was a pleasure to meet and I will never go elsewhere.
They did a great job on a jacket that needed a lot of pre-treating. I couldn't have done the job this well!!!!
Always a pleasure to do business here. Prices are reasonable. The staff, especially the manager Ana are always super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
