Hi, I’ve been coming to your Southington location for over a year and I am very happy with dry cleaning experience. I have one major complaint I’m hoping you can help with. I received a 30% off holiday coupon in the mail. I took a picture of it on my phone because it had barcode so I assumed it could be scanned. It didn’t say anywhere on the coupon that the physical coupon needed to be presented to use it. Very expensive for dry cleaning- even with coupons it was still very expensive! I will not used this service again!

I sent my clothes to get tailored and cleaned. They were cleaned but not tailored. Also my bag of clothes to be cleaned has somehow wind up missing
Too expensive
Shirts are pressed with wrinkles
I am constantly being overcharged and my pants are coming back with double seams. I am in the process of finding another establishment.
