The coupon sent via email was not applied. I mentioned there should be a discount when I dropped off the clothes. It wasn’t applied to the order and I needed to show the customer rep the email to have it applied. Please fix your system
They shrunk my down coat. Second coat that was ruined. Will not be going back! I should give them no stars.

I'm frustrated with your pricing. Every time I bring in a jacket: "It costs more because it is white; or it costs more because it's linen." It seems like a moving target to you. The clerk gave me the price list, but there is nothing on it that indicates these differences.

I asked for a military press on my shirts and they werent fully flat ironed and the creases had traintacks on them, as in they werent a straight line they split off in some parts badly

You changed your store hours by placing a piece of paper on your door but didn’t bother to change them in your phone message where I referred to Hence when u shows up at 8 am Saturday morning to pickup my cleaning I was 2 hours early Your lack I’d attention to detail made me two hours late and made me miss my ferry reservation to Long Island. Details are important and can have a significant effect on people’s schedules Very unprofessional

I had four silk curtain panels dry cleaned. One of the panels was returned to me with a 2 foot long tear that is 2 inches wide down the center of one of the panels. I wasn’t told about the damage and found it myself when I took it out of the bag and went to hang it back up. Spending nearly $150 to dry clean these and not being told about the damage but still getting charged the service they provided is very disappointing. They could have at least had the courtesy of letting me know when I picked them up.
