I have been working with Cindy in Charlotte, Michigan with my daughter's wedding dress. Cindy has been so wonderful to partner with in getting the dress cleaned and boxed to be stored. I was not 100% satisfied with how it came out the first time. I usually do not complain or ask for anything to be re-done but I felt like I needed to in this case. Cindy listened to me and my concerns and sent back. I picked it up today and was so happy. Love doing business at this Charlotte location

I have used this location for years. Saved my marriage as I cannot figure out how to iron shirts and they spared my wife from doing it. Thanks! Joyce is the best. Always so nice and pleasant and helpful. Don't change a thing!

Really like your service but..... Your location in Williamston and Okemos on Grand River are closed on Saturdays. For me, this is inconvenient and unfortunate. I'll have to find a dry cleaner that is open on Saturdays.
