After driving 35 minutes to pick up my item I was given someone else’s and then argued with that it was mine. Supervisor was contacted and then worker called me back and said there was a mix up. This is after they lost my son’s pants for a week a few years back. The least that could have happened was the supervisor call me to tell me what happened. That didn’t happen either time. No discount for the inconvenience of having to travel again to pick up the item on another day.
