I’m a loyal customer in dewitt. Staff always good. Price fair. Service and very few issues. Only suggestion is that the hours are too restrictive mist times leave for work before 8am (when they open) and drive past on way home past 6pm (when they close?). Hours not really conducive to work schedules.

Dearest and Loyal Savannah of Haslett, MI, I dropped off a pair of pants for a repair service yesterday. In return, you gave me a service ticket with a date for pick up as today. Today, you called me to let me know my order returned to your location incomplete. Although you could have, you blamed no one for the overlook. Instead you held yourself accountable for failure to have the service request completed by today as mentioned. great experience except that the spot I pointed out on my husband's tie did not come out. I failed to notice before I left the store or I'm sure my price would have been discounted. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. My pants turned out great.

This store is "old school" in their exceptional customer service, and consistent excellence in cleaning fabrics of all types.
