Here it is January 2 and on your website it indicates that all of your locations are open until 6 PM. There’s no indication that there’s any holiday hours that apply - nothing of the sort. So I drive into Lansing to the main location on Cedar Street and lo and behold. The doors are locked. No indication on the door to show that you have holiday hours in anyway. I assume you’ll be closed tomorrow too what good are having coupons if people can’t even get into use them.

I've always been fond of Baryames' dry cleaning; however, I had a very bad experience with the seamstress at the Creyts location as well as customer service. I took some pants into have hemmed with cuffs. I got them back the next day and they were multiple folds of the fabric creating a big and heavy bunch of fabric at the end of my pants. I asked them to correct it and they tried. They sewed them with a very small cuff which was crooked. In addition, it hadn't been pressed and the cuffs folds were sloppy. I am a regular customer at the Grand Ledge location. They offer a heavy starch for western jeans, no one else does. They do a great job with quick turn around. I can’t say enough good things about Angela. She is always super helpful, smiling, and kind.
