Always friendly service, but encountered some questions concerning polo shirts. Some of them were all cotton, and I was told could not be washed due to some problem with your machines, which require an open front shirt for washing. However, the cotton polos appeared to be separated by the clerk from others which had fibers other than cotton, and she mentioned some a sorting process based on fiber. The shirts are either dry cleaned or wet cleaned depending on their care label. We can dry clean polo shirts that are labeled for wet cleaning at your request.
