The cleaning was great. the little issue I had with my shirts was quickly resolved. Dropped a star for that and the fact that the hemming on my pants was returned loose and I was told by a rude manager that this is my problem without even listening to my comment. and the coupon was not applied. Your new hours at the locations I use regularly, starting at 8am, make it hard for those of us whose schedule does not allow us to come in after 8 and rarely are out of work in time to come in. I work out of town so pick up and drop off is not ideal.
I was suppose to have a pocket replaced on a pair of grand. I was given a price and came back 45% higher. Came back paid the higher price got home and nothing and I mean nothing was done to the pocket
It’s always a different price with the same items. Every single employee tells me something different. Not going back.
A sleeping dress was missing. The driver picked it up from my house but didn’t send it back.

Dropped off 3 blouses at 10:30 am Friday morning. The young lady at the counter said “ Wait till Monday and they go on sale “. I asked when they would be ready if I waited until Monday and she said after five. I told her I needed them by 4 so I would have to go with the regular price. I asked her when I could pick them up on Monday and she said around 10:30am. I went to pick them up on Monday around noon and the gal spent 20 min.
