I had a great experience. The staff was very courteous and talked about their promotional rate. But I am not sure about the assistant’s name.
When I got out my winter coat for the first time since Baryames had cleaned it last summer, the zipper was broken. I took it into my local Okemos branch, and it was immediately accepted for repair at no charge to me. The zipper was promptly repaired, and I received my winter coat back the next day.
Tamara, in the Okemos store on Grand River is wonderful. Very personable and remembers her customers.

People at The Okemos store are very friendly are able to get you in and out of the business without any complications and we are and they are not busy always are free to share a small conversation
