Really like your service but..... Your location in Williamston and Okemos on Grand River are closed on Saturdays. For me, this is inconvenient and unfortunate. I'll have to find a dry cleaner that is open on Saturdays.

I am a new customer and new to the area. I had a very awkward and unwelcoming experience with Ms. DEE from Grand River Store during my first transaction. I tried to call the main office twice, however, I haven't yet received a response. I am new to the area and was hoping I can start this ongoing relationship with your dry cleaning business. however, when I approached Ms. Dee simply about a question about my bill where the coupon wasn't applied, she went off on me and went on to lecture me on if I don't pay for the service... read more
The cleaning was great. the little issue I had with my shirts was quickly resolved. Dropped a star for that and the fact that the hemming on my pants was returned loose and I was told by a rude manager that this is my problem without even listening to my comment. and the coupon was not applied. I would have still given 3 or 4 stars if it weren't for Ms. Dee (the manager). She belittled me and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way. Very disappointing service. Your new hours at the locations I use regularly, starting at 8am, make it hard for those of us whose schedule does not allow us to come in after 8 and rarely are out of work in time to come in. I work out of town so pick up and drop off is not ideal.

They have been earnest, professional and accommodating. And, most importantly, they have been honest.
