Excellent customer service
Clothes were clean but when I presented my coupon at pickup I was told I had to present it at drop off. This meant it wasn’t applied. The employee should be empowered to make a one time exception if a policy changes so nobody feels awkward or gypped.
The person working on Thursday 9/12 was very helpful and friendly.
