Treena, the associate at the store in Okemos was great. She was extremely helpful and I think she has a tremendous care for not only her customers but their clothes and other garments that they need cleaned. I appreciated her attention to detail and also guiding me to have the exact pinning of my slacks for shortening.

Baryames Cleaners is my favorite dry cleaners and consistently exceeds my expectations with their professionalism, friendliness, and customer service. I have used both Okemos locations and the Williamston location.

My biggest issue is the constant broken buttons on dress shirts. Even with the "Final Check By T" label they cone back with buttons broken and crumbling. Every 2nd or 3rd visit I am forced to pay double for a shirt because I have to send it back through to get the buttons replaced.
