1. Charged $12. To launder a shirt (normally $3.25) because it was 97% cotton and 3% spandex without advising me of the 4x multiple. Promised to have someone call me but did not follow up. 2. Lost a silk tie. Losing the tie not the problem. It happens. Promised to contact me within 24 hrs to resolve but didn't. I returned 48hrs later to inquire. Another promise of follow up. Again: no follow up. Too many cleaners to tolerate this customer abuse.
