They ruined my couch cushion and the fabric on the outside. When I brought it to the main office they refused to take responsibility. Terrible customer service. They said the fabric was already “like that” which it was not. This couch was over $3,000 and I took it in to have professionally cleaned and now it is destroyed and not usable. I wish I could post a picture . Horrible experience for a customer of over 5 years. I won’t be returning
