I had a stained race shirt that was unwearable after washing...you guys got most of the stains out and the others are light enough that I don't have to throw out the shirt.

Mostly a good experience regularly. However, as someone who specializes in excellent customer service I get wary when a sales associate slides my receipt instead of handing me the receipt (and this happened when I picked up and cashed out). I'd recommend always handing a copy of the receipt to the customer instead of sliding it across the counter as if they're contagious.

I was surprised by the “hidden” charge for a lining that was not disclosed until I picked up my dress. This was for a garment that was on special,and news to me because it was the first time I encountered an extra cost on pick-up. It is good to know going forward. But disappointing.
