I went to the downtown Baryames and Diane was wonderful. It was my first time taking my own dry cleaning in and she explained what my options were and was very nice and professional. My coat came back looking like new, which is amazing considering it had about 2 years worth of dog and cat hair and had pilled. I'm really impressed and will definitely be back and recommend this business.

The drop off was easy and fast as well as the pick up. Employees in the cleaners are efficient and don't waste any time. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the friendly staff. My clothes were perfect.

I was really hoping that stain could be removed, however the garment hardly looks like anything was done. When I inquired about it, the lady gave me attitude and tried to belittle me as if I should have known that there’s no guarantee and continued stating that the stain will never go away. It’s not what you say it’s, how you say it. My drop off experience was great, but I prob won’t be returning.

Amazing!! I am new in town and this is within walking distance to my house. I thought it would take days, but NO, it took a few hours and I was able to get my clothes that evening after 5pm. They also do folded laundry!!! Just outstanding work.
