I am usually very pleased with my laundry you actually get all the stains out of the jeans but this time that didn't happen and no one told me it wouldn't come out now I'm worried it's set and will never come out

Really bad stains on a treasured pullover were removed with a great deal of satifaction
Staff person was very friendly and upbeat. Also very effecient.
