Stains weren't removed on two of three olive oil spotted items. Price seemed high, but haven't had dry cleaning done in years.

It looks like the most likely reason for your items would be that we did not have enough time to work on them. We're happy to rush items for when you need them back quickly, however that does leave us with much less time than usual for us to work on them! No advanced notice on the card or exact change only policy. No advanced notice of charges either (5 pieces was $46.00). Now their sign on the door states no cash.
