I shouldn’t have to put my card information in to get a quote, and of course you ask for my email and phone first. Lastly having to go through and manually unselect “email 1” and then select disabled was enough to push me to leave this review. Consider having a more customer friendly interface
I worked here for over 6 months and was fired on completely unjust grounds. Employees that have seniority here are allowed to get away with everything. Leaving for the day before finishing their work, leaving without asking, etc. The two front counter employees would leave for half an hour at 1pm from time to time and it was just a widely accepted joke that they were off having relations. My scheduled drop off/pick up days are Tues and Fri. On Tues, 23rd, I did not receive my drop off so on Friday, 26th, I did not have a Balfurd bag and had to put my items out in a commercial plastic bag. Today, Tues, May 30th I do not know whether I have a scheduled pick-up. I do have a bag now from Friday's delivery but think I missed Tuesday's delivery.

I brought cafe curtains to be dry cleaned there was 4 pieces, 2 pieces were unlined and 2 pieces were lined. I asked for cost before leaving them and was told 3.09 ea. for the 2 unlined and 4.59 ea for the two lined . After a week when I pick them up my total bill was over $28. When I asked for an explanation nobody could give me an answer just a shrug. I left vowing never to return.

All of my dress shirts are showing yellow ring around the collar, they are not being thoroughly cleaned

We do offer free re-dos on any items you're not happy with. While we can never promise stain removal, we will try again at no cost to you! I was sent a check for an expensive blazer because it was ruined. I received a check for April 150. I think I lost it and no one has checked your records regarding the status of the check. Please check or we will have to move forward with the authority. Thank you
