Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. Ladies were great. Baby blanket was still at plant when I came to pickup at noon Van had just left, turned back to plant and brought the baby blanket. They save me another 30 mile trip i to town later in day to pick it up. Ladies very kind, helpful and professional. Always use Waldens for my cleaning

I always have a pleasant experience at Walden Cleaners. They are friendly and know my name. They are happy to step out and hang my clothes in the back seat of my car for me. They are conveniently located by my office and I have been using them almost 20 years.

I have used Walden’s cleaners for over 20 years, never looked at any other service because of the people that work there, their professionalism and work ethic.
