In 1954 John and Dorothy Middleton had the foresight to see that the back-alley corner at San Felipe and Willowick would be a good location for a laundry business. With the help of their children, Twin Oaks grew to 5 stores and over 80 employees. For 65 years Twin Oaks has remained with the same family. Three generations have been committed to carrying on the tradition of providing the best dry cleaning and laundry services in Houston.

The service @this location is always white glove service they know how to remove stains out of garments, and handle fine clothes with care.
My husband repeatedly complained that his shirts and pants were starched when laundered contrary to his wishes. He hates starch!!!
Dirt stains on the shirt were still there and had to be redone
First off I want to let everyone know that the manager at the Woodway location is a complete FRAUD. She parks in the handicap spot, yet she wears hills. When she thinks people are looking, she carries her damn cane under her arm pit like a clutch. She walks just fine, yet she is fraudulently using a handicap tag. Other people who needs the spot can't, because she hogs it for herself. Not to mention that she is one nasty woman with a vicious attitude.
Did not ring doorbell to alert me of delivery, so clothes were outside on stormy day. Four shirts fell on the ground and were wet. Please ask delivery driver to ring doorbell for all future deliveries. Otherwise we have good service, he always picks up when I text him and the clothes return well pressed.
turned around two shirts for me in half a day … traveling out of town 911! thank you. Lance
Great laundering of shirts. Press was okay (there was some wrinkling on the backs of my 4 shirts). Wish the French cuffs were “finished” and not left down. By “finished” I mean flipped up and secured with a holder of some sort.
I am not a regular user of dry cleaning services. I do my own and my husband's laundering and only use dry cleaning service for wool items - usually in winter. So, please, do not assume that I was not satisfied. I am 100% satisfied and will use you again as soon as the weather turns cold and we start wearing wool again.
Extremely over prices not that great customer service..
