With the help of their children, Twin Oaks grew to 5 stores and over 80 employees. For 65 years Twin Oaks has remained with the same family. Three generations have been committed to carrying on the tradition of providing the best dry cleaning and laundry services in Houston.

I was extremely happy Twin Oaks Cleaners was able to remove a stain from one of my favorite dresses. In addition, the employees were extremely professional and friendly.

This place thinks it’s okay to use a handicapped zone as a loading area. I complained to them about it and a woman inside was very firm in their stance that they are unapologetic about it and plan to continue doing it. Please don’t use this insensitive and rude company.
After making Bitsy aware that my husband’s shirts were being returned to us with holes in them her response was “no ma’am” that didn’t happen. Time after time he would get dressed for work only to see a hole in his shirt. Their website states that they inspect all incoming laundry before they clean it and again after they clean it before it is returned to the customer. We don’t know how 20+ shirts were returned to us over an 8 month period laundered, in plastic bags with no tag stating holes. Therefore I suggest you trust ... read more
