My experience with Twin Oaks cleaners from start to finish was unbelievably professional, yet personal and the superior customer service I have received in cleaning. The investment in cleaning my daughter in law-wedding dress was exceptional. Bitzie calmed my fears and anxiety over cleaning a dirty wedding dress with just a week to do it. We were in the middle of a wedding dream ( wedding in Italy in the rain! ) with a stateside wedding reception in just a few days. Very friendly sales team, nice discount on my raincoat and excellent cleaning job!
I asked them to clean a bathroom rug that I couldn't put in my dryer at home and a couple of other cleaners turned it down. I just moved in the area and was going to some nearby cleaners. Well, fortunately, Twin Oaks Cleaners took the rug and it came back just lovely. I also have to add that the people up front are very friendly and they have a very nice store front as well. They even have some free magazines to take home with you! I really don't dryclean a lot of clothes, but when I do I will be sure to come back here.
Clothes were cleaned & hung perfectly but, it was way too expensive. $44 for 6 shirts?! I willl not be back.
