Where to begin? Back in July my mom took a dress that she needed for a wedding to them. They did not get it ready in the time they said they would, and when they delivered it to her house, the original stain was still there and there was a huge white spot in the back. She ended up having to find another dress to wear for the wedding which was incredibly disappointing. When we complained, they offered some free dry cleaning to make up for the error. After a technical computer glitch, I was offered my dry cleaning for free, and then was sent a review request. After submitting a review, they waited 2 weeks to call me to request payment. WOW.
Very cheap with my money!!! They are so cheap that if you have whites, they just throw them in with colours to save a load. They ruined all my white clothes and towels. They are all grey now!! I had an expensive yellow blanket that is now green and ugly. I can’t afford to replace my clothes so I have to cancel this service before they ruin everything I own. 😡😡😡 I don’t recommend, unless you want to replace all your clothes.
I have had and still having one of the worse experience with tower cleaners Nolan Hill. It is over a month since i dropped off some jackets to be cleaned. Two days after i dropped of the jackets, i got a call from them saying that they had damaged one of the jackets. They said they were going to fix the jacket and i would get it in two days and i would get a call or an email that all jackets were ready to be picked up. That took a week. Unfortunately was the worst experience ever, i was so existed when i saw that we have sa location in our community Nolan hill . i dropped my gown for dry cleaning on wendsday july 22 2020 to have it ready for Friday for my event that starting at 2 pm. I received a call to come pick my dress up Around 11 am ! I was shocked when i saw my dress hung wrrinkled and when i touched it was still damp!
