When I received my blazer I just think is it the same one or it’s brand new one, the work is more than perfect and the lady was very nice

It was probably me but, the attendant's inability to find my name on your system, the denial of the 25% off deal, without me remembering it's number and the misplacement of my order, which was eventually found was not what I expected from Tower. It was frustrating because I holding up other customers waiting in the mandatory queue. It is resolved now. I will use your free pickup/delivery service weekly from now on.
