I left a lip balm inside one of my pockets and the attendant was nice enough to put it in a bag and staples it to my laundry , it was a nice touch I appreciated it.

The young lady at the front is lovely. However; I AM NOT HAPPY. EVERY ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT OFF TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR A THIRD LOCATION FROM THERE, TO BE SERVICED. I went to pick up my items, (2nd attempt) (at another freaking location) Only TO DISCOVER PICK UP TIMES are OFF BY DAYS NOT HOURS... (Because of this and Because of that.) So, walked away empty handed.
