I was there on Friday drop off my clothes before 11am and they said it would be ready by Saturday morning...so turn out be a lie it wasn’t ready...drove back from tehachapi twice just too picked my clothes waste of my time...
Be aware on who came first. I was there waiting and another customer came and helped him right away.
Very often, despite showing the coupon, the girls that take my laundry don't put it in the system. So frustrating!
Don't want double starched like we asked buttons broken off of shirts
The personnel were great! No complaints at all. It's the prices that I thought were too high! For two items, a short sleeved blouse and a dress, the $23.00 cost seemed a little steep to me.
One dress shirt had a stain that was not taken out and they ruined one of my ties will not use today cleaners ever again
I TOOK MY SLACKS IN TO BE CLEANED AND THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE PRESSED BUT DIDNT LOOK CLEAN THE PANTS LOOKED LIKE THEY JUST PRESSED THEM. YEAH I WASNT TOO HAPPY
This review is specifically for the Stockdale Highway Location - We have been using them for awhile now. The most common problem is our dress shirts always seem to come back with lint on them. We have had varying experiences with our other garments. Sometimes they come back clean and well pressed, other times, not so much.
