Wrinkles around the pockets and cuffs. Also bottom hem on shirts ironed folded up which is fine if they are tucked in but not very good if worn out. Your quality has suffered in the last year.

The local location employees are the only reason I still go to today cleaners. Other cleaners in town are more economical abd have better rewards programs.

I turned in a coat in the morning and received an email for a price off later that afternoon when I went to pick it up they were played enough to use that discount code.
I had 2 blouses and a wool neck warmer in the drop off bag. When I picked up the laundry the neck warmer was still dirty and had not been touched, 🧐 Please instruct staff to dump out contents and not just reach in.
Was not happy dropped off my pants to be kreased and all what was done was pressed.
I saw your sign that said in by 11 out by 4. So I decided to give you guys a try for the first time. I brought a uniform, a couple shirts, and was hoping that I could get those items earlier I say like 3:30, which is my surprise the items wasn't ready! So I went back to work without my uniforms. The crew at Today Cleaners are awesome, had a shirt i ordered online took it straight to have it laundered they immediately called me to inform me that there was a rip in the back of the shirt... but to my surprise they fix the rip at no charge!
