Too expensive for dress shirts. I found a cheaper place. And I have 0 interest in dragging coupons around or going through embarrassment of using them.

I used a gift card that a new employee told me wouldn’t scan. Her kind manager explained to her she was not inserting the card properly and gave me a discount for the trouble. Lifelong customer because of this! Thanks, Erin Kloepper

The service is always fine. However the prices that are being charged and making the rewards program less rewarding has made me shop my dry cleaning after this last experience. I like the place I go to. I just don’t like that we don’t get good rewards and that we are charged an arm and a leg. Competitors have coupons that run all the time, same day service and are less expensive for the same service

The dry cleaning was fine. I took one pant suit jumper to be cleaned and it was $14.99. That just seems a little excessive to me. It’s hard for working, single people to afford to have anything dry cleaned. That’s why I only maybe bring one or two pieces a month in and I try to buy clothes that don’t need to be dry cleaned.

In the later part of July, I picked uo my ckeaning and noticed that the young lady failed to us the coupon for 20% off six or more dry cleaning. Her statement was that she woukd note it and apply it on my next order. I reminder your clerk and she said she would advise the staff to apply the duscount o n the new order. My question is, WAS THE DEDUCTION APPLIED TO MY NEW ORDER,? Thank you for your reply. Don Hedges

My wife frequents Today Cleaners due to habit. Sorry to say that I continue to be disappointed with results. My suit lapels are rolled and uneven. The neck ties are not smooth & “ pressed. Rather, wrinkly. My pants don’t have a sharp crease and are somewhat wrinkled in the seat. I specially told the attendant that received my garments to make a note due to similar problems in the past. They came out the same old way.
