The drop off service was excellent but when I picked up my clothes, there was trouble locating my name & order in their system but eventually found it after a few tries.

Very friendly counter staff. Attentive when I showed her a stain and kindly explained it might be 50/50 chance to get it out. Came out very well. Price was great and it was done even before expected.

My clothes were done on time and the price is fair. The technology (text messages when order is ready) is excellent. The young woman at the front desk on Friday Nov. 3 at 8.30 at the Marketplace location didn't care though. Those in customer-facing positions should at least greet customers, be polite, and say thanks. They represent the company and they should show pride in their company. I am sure this is a coaching opportunity to help the young lady.
