Courteous, friendly, helpful
Great service and appreciate the e-mails that tell me the cleaning is ready for pick-up! This helps my day because I don't have to make an extra trip after 6:00.
The customer service is excellent. Each one is very pleasant and helpful. The service is a 5 but the cost is a 4.
I am extremely satisfied with the delivery and pick up of my clothes (by Steve) from home on TU and FRI. In the past there have been issues if I dropped laundry off at the store on Kingwood Drive (failing to deliver back to my home or not folding shirts when requested) but this hasn't happened in some time now. Your employees are friendly and service oriented. My only complaint is that sometimes synthetic fabrics are ironed too hot and the fabric is almost scorched. The people at this location are always helpful and friendly.
Having pick up and delivery service is absolutely great! And the clothes are always cleaned/pressed perfectly! I've used many cleaning services in the area. Some are a little cheaper and some are a lot cheaper. MW's rates are higher but quality comes with it. It's worth it. You get what you pay for!
We absolutely love the fact that they pick up and deliver to our home! Our valet, Anthony, does a fabulous job answering all of our questions.
Clothes are always on time and MW staff are always courteous.
