I have only been here twice so far, had decided to switch after so many frustrations with my previous cleaner. I was using a different drycleaner and am very particular about how I like my sweaters to be "hung up". I do not like them to be folded over the hanger and prefer they get hung up-the risk of having the shoulder stretched out far outweighed the 10 creases left by folding it. The service was excellent. BUT, when I dropped my clothes off to be cleaned, I was told that my bill would fall between $14-$16! To my surprise, when I picked up my laundry/clothes, I was quoted $41.00! SHOCKED! I'm a "budgeter" if you will, so that blew me away. But the young lady who helped me.....very customer service oriented talked with the manager and she took off $4.00!
