On time, email reminder that laundry is ready, pleasant staff.
We have been so satisfied with your company for 10 years. But this last week we experienced 3 garments. One was a jacket that was pressed where the lining either got streched or the out fabic got shrunk but the lining hung out side the cuffs of each arm and the lining showed befow my jacket. Beverly said that can be fixed and redid it and it is okay but not as it was before. The staff was very friendly and prompt with taking the articles of clothing from my vehicle and then delivery on pick-up. I utilized MW because I did not have time to go to my regular dry cleaners. They are a bit pricey, three times of what I normally pay.

MW is nothing special, but they generally get job done on time. Prices are a little high, but what isn't these days. If there is no other good local cleaners around, I would recommend them.
