Our pickups and drop offs are like clockwork twice a week, every week. I love the reminders the evening before via email so I can remember to leave out any dry cleaning we have.
Their service is great and they do a great job with my items but they are expensive. I can't afford to keep paying this much.

My last trip was excellent - I arrived a couple of minutes past 4:00 PM last Saturday - and was told I could obtain my dry cleaning even though the closing time on Saturdays is after 4:00 PM. I really appreciated this courtesy.
David, our valet, is excellent. Our items are always picked up and returned in a timely manner. I do have to say that I don't always get my discounts on my orders and I never turn in an order without coupons. It is my mistake that I sometimes don't look at the receipts until I need the clothes that are in the bags. How can I make sure my coupons are applied? I usually pin them to items in the bag.
