I've never had any issues with my clothes or the delivery.
This week's pickup went fine. However, last week I had to call Jonathan to come by and pick up our laundry. He said he was training someone, so that may have been the reason ours was skipped. We noticed that the neighbor across the street received his dry cleaned items in the morning, but our bag was not picked up until late afternoon, after a couple of phone calls and text to Jonathan. Except for this one incident, we have been very happy with the service.
