I had the bags out at 7:45 am on Friday, 2/26 but they were never picked up. I brought them to the location for dropoff the next day and it was very fast and convenient. The clothes were still able to be delivered to my home on Tuesday as scheduled.
Pickups and deliveries are always timely...'minor' issues are resolved as expected...service is always good!
