Everyone was courteous and friendly, but I think nearly ten dollars for one item is excessive, which is giving me serious reservations about using your company in the future!

The workers are super friendly and address you as a customer. I have had very few clothing issues in the past but they have always come through on fixing the problem or reimbursing. I appreciate their service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I have used Tide Dry Cleaners (formerly MW Cleaners) for over 15 years. I have a personal valet (Jeff) that picks up and delivers my laundry on a regular basis and keeps me informed with any issues that may arise. If there are issues, they are resolved immediately in a very professional manner. They are a little more expensive than most, however, coupons are emailed to me very other month to help with the expense. I wouldn’t use any other cleaners.
