I love having a dry cleaner where I feel known and am treated like a valued customer. I appreciate friendly and helpful the staff is. The pick up and delivery service is very convenient when I'm short on time.
Excellent service at the counter
Very professional and customer-focused staff. Greeted me by name, even though it had been a while since my last visit. I rarely make special requests, but did so this time and all were accepted and completed with excellent care.

The pick up and delivery were all very timely, however, the spot that I noted to you was not removed from my sweater. That spot was the reason I sent the sweater in the first place!
