Our pick up/drop off person is Lori Marshall in the Woodlands. She always has a ready smile and a wave if she sees use inside the house. If we hapoen to catch her on our driveway as she goes about her job she always pauses and we share a few friendly words together. It’s these little extras that she does that make us feel more than a route stop # or just an address and we very much appreciate her for that.

I’d give you 5 stars if you could just deliver my items when you say you will. For the 5th time to in a row they have been delivered at least a day later than what I was told when dropping off.
