The service is generally good, but lately I am getting items back with stains and a lot of broken buttons.

Multiple times my clothes come back improperly pressed with creased or stressed fabric. So not wrinkled but creased. More than once they e also come back with something on the shirt or suit, no stained but not clean. My perception is they rush through the job are are satisfied with close enough. But I do like the concierge service so they get some stars back.
The app helps me to schedule pickups, take advantage of discounts via coupons and communicate with the driver. Prices, with pick up and delivery service, are competitive. I recommend Tide Cleaners to my family and friends.
