We have used for years prior to Tide becoming owner and while we still use, they are not consistent in how our clothes are done. In fact, a white shirt we will be taking back for a redo as was not acceptable. The personnel that meet us seem to want to help but there are problems obviously. We love location and hope they will improve.
You are always prompt and very reliable and my clothes are always done correctly.
I will return. You all did a good job. You saved my daughters forty year old First Communion dress. Thank you I was very concern that the chocolate stains would not come out, and they did.!!
We love our tide guy Aaron. He is dependable and consistent with our pick up and delivery. They do a great job.
