Last week I brought in eight very soiled dress shirts and two suits . One of the suits had a tear in the seat and buttons were missing from the suit jacket. I told the customer service associate, Jordan that I wasn't sure the shirts could be salvaged!! She reassured me that she would try her best and would be pre-treating and scrubbing the shirts by hand, herself!!! She also marked the suitcoats to have buttons added abd the hole sewn up!!!
