First time using them and they gave me the wrong comforter. They found it at there downtown location. More experienced gal was very apologetic and handled the situation perfectly, so I would use them again.

We had an excellent Experience. Service was wonderful, appreciate that they were open on Sunday and the clothes were ready when they said they would be ready. Would highly recommend!
